Because You Can't Use A Windchime To Eat Soup

Everyone is so into making things out of recycled cutlery these days, but until we learn to make a fork out of an old chair, or a spoon out of a funky windchime, I say let cutlery be cutlery! The best source for eco-friendly cutlery is to buy it second-hand from the Goodwill or Ebay- that stuff's made of metal, so you know it will stand the test of time. But it would be cool if some hip eco-minded designers put their design skills towards making a decent set of modern cutlery from recycled metal...

Other than that, you can:

1) eat with your hands
2) blend your food and drink it through a straw
3) eat modular food such as sushi, tamales, burritos, sandwiches, samosas, spring rolls, then wipe your hands on your pants when you're done
